August Glossybox

 So I am a bit behind with this as i only ordered mine on Monday.......

This month, Glossybox have honoured the Olympics by having an International Superstars themed box.....

So full of promise

So this month i recieved...

- Alessandro Pro White Effect Polish, 10ml RRP £7.85 - "Optically brightening effect nail polish with anti-yellowing formula for radiant white and gleaming nails". Seems ok, not particularly exciting and i have to laugh at the fact the company who own this brand are German, but the polish itself is actually made in France......hmmmm maybe not the winning German entry there  then haha. 

- DHC Deep Cleansing Oil, 30ml, RRP £18.50/200ml- "This revolutionary water-soluable cleanser is better than any other make-up remover you've ever tried" - Hmm we shall see about that ,p I love skincare so I am excited to use this.  This was actually made in Japan. 

- Broadway Nails imPRESS Press on Manicure RRP £7.99- Meh.....not sure i like false nails to be honest as (as silly as this sounds) they just feel so fake, i would rather paint my real ones. However, they are a nice colour (Velvet Rope) so i will try them out. 

- Vera Valenti L'ombre a Paupiere Margarita, RRP £3.85 - Now through the many many spoilers of this box i thought i had prepared myself for how bad this palette actually was.....I was wrong. It is even worse than i had imagined. No pigmentation, an ingrediants list scary enough to put you off your lunch and the look and feel of the play eyeshadows sold with Girls World heads......if that wasn't bad enough, these are actually sold in 1 euro shops in Spain......fail Glossybox, EPIC fail lol. However, i hate throwing something away so will try and use this....maybe!

Glossybox Lipstick, Glossy Pink, 4g, RRP £9.50 -  They sure do like giving their branded stuff away  don't they lol.....actually, it is very nice and suits me, which is a big thing for lipstick!

- Lipcote, 7ml RRP £3.99 - Never tried Lipcote so, just tried it over the Glossybox Lipstick and took a drink........can't say it worked perfectly but certainly not a lipstick mouth covering the glass like before. Don't lick your lips though, it tastes rank! 

So...the  box is worth, well i don't actually know since the eyeshadow is priced wrongly. 

So yeah............not the best Glossybox ever but probably my worst one so far. Well maybe worse is not the right word....the eyeshadow just angers me lol  I will have enough glossydots to get a free box next month then i think i will cool it for a while. I have no idea where to put all these boxes i am acumulating haha
