Amarya asked us to guess what was in the October box..........which made people cry "No Balance Me", "Please Not Balance Me"....
Amarya must have been laughing their heads off or either quaking in their boots haha!
So, in this box i received
- Wonder Eye Cream, 7ml (My one from Glossybox is running low, and i love it, so i am happy :)
- Balancing Face Moisturiser, 20ml (Happy with this as i am always willing to try face creams)
- Citrus and Spice Hand and Body Wash, 55ml (This will be going in the soap dispenser in the bathroom - smells almost identical to the Elemis soap which is in there at the moment)
- Citrus and Spice Hand and Body Lotion, 55ml (Going to use this as a hand lotion because it smells like Christmas and that is always a nice smell to have on your hands :)
Now, i realise the samples look small, but they do add up to £20......
and i also know fine well why people are annoyed as Balance Me has been in every Beauty Box going i think and was also a freebie in Glamour a couple of months ago. That said, i have only ever tried 2 Balance Me Products so i love the box :) However, maybe devoting the box to one entire company kinda defeats the purpose of what Amarya originally set out to do!
I've got two of these items I picked up free from Glamour magazine. Would have preferred a mixture of samples rather than all from the same brand. x

ReplyDeleteThis box was such a dissapointment! The fact that there was one brand.. and not a great one, the annoying black packaing which meant I to wipe the bottles down before I could pack the items away... Not Amarya's finest moment.
ReplyDeleteYeah, mine had a dusty coating as well! Happens with Glossybox too! Always with the black paper. Like i say, i don't mind the box but im sure there were some equally good brands we could have added to the mix this month :)
